These terms apply to purchases from Hostelune. By purchasing a Hostelune product or service, you agree to these terms together with the policies displayed on this store.

Digital products

Hostelune products are supplied digitally. No physical goods are included unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

Template licence

Editable Hostelune templates are supplied for the purchaser’s own hosting and property operations. The editable source templates may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, shared as standalone templates, or presented as a competing template product.

Personalized service

For personalized orders, you must provide accurate information and have the right to supply any photos, logos, text or other assets you send to us. You remain responsible for reviewing all property-specific information before the finished materials are used with guests.

Third-party platforms

Some resources may use third-party services such as Canva and Shopify. Their availability and terms are controlled by those providers. Hostelune is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Airbnb or Vrbo.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
