Digital Delivery Policy

Hostelune products are digital. No physical item is shipped.

The Ultimate Host Kit

After purchase, customers receive a digital access guide through Shopify Digital Products. The guide provides instructions for accessing and customizing the included resources.

Personalized Host Kit

After purchase, customers receive a Start Here guide and a Property Questionnaire. The questionnaire and requested property information and assets must be submitted before personalization can begin.

Once the personalization process is complete, the finished materials are delivered digitally. No physical products will be shipped.

Digital delivery issues

If you do not receive or cannot access your digital purchase, please contact service@hostelune.com and include your order number so we can assist you.
