What is the difference between Ultimate and Personalized?

The Ultimate Host Kit gives you the editable resources to customize yourself. With the Personalized Host Kit, you provide your property information and we prepare the applicable materials for your property.

Is anything shipped?

No. Both products are digital. No physical item is shipped.

Do I need Canva?

A Canva account is required to edit the Canva resources included with The Ultimate Host Kit.

How do I receive my files?

Digital access documents are delivered after purchase through Shopify Digital Products. Personalized orders also include a property questionnaire that must be completed before personalization can begin.

How long does personalization take?

We are currently validating the production workflow before publishing a standard turnaround time. Any applicable timing will be communicated with your order.

Can I use the templates for multiple properties?

The editable source templates are intended for your own hosting/property operations and must not be resold or redistributed. If you manage several properties and are unsure which setup fits your use case, contact us before purchasing.

Is Hostelune affiliated with Airbnb or Vrbo?
